From approximately 8:05 AM to 8:10 AM CDT on Friday, April 7th we experienced a network issue that affected connectivity to the US Lineage I servers.
Our Network Team has isolated the cause of this issue and continues to work with our vendor to prevent further disruptions to our service. Our Support Team is currently working with game log data to determine those customers that died in-game as a result of this service interruption and will be restoring applicable in-game losses as warranted.
Restorations for this service issue will be performed and are tentatively scheduled to take place during the scheduled server maintenance period on Wednesday, April 12th.
